Thermo-Tech Windows Commitment to Service Excellence

Thermo-Tech Windows is committed to providing energy efficient quality products which are constructed to our high standards of excellence.  Even with our high standards there may be an instance where a product concern arises that requires our technical expertise to resolve.  We share your product concern and are committed to providing the service excellence required to resolve expediently.

Our commitment is to provide a solution and resolve product concerns within ten working days from the date we are notified.   Confirmation of your product concern will be made within 48 hours (two working days) from date of notification.  In the unusual instance where a special order part is needed to resolve, requiring more than ten working days to obtain, we will personally notify you.

We encourage you to contact your local Thermo-Tech dealer for assistance.  They are trained professionals that can use their knowledge of your windows to help expedite the repair process or if you would prefer to fill out a Request for Service with our Service Department, click here.
